My Review for Druids Dawning

When I first read the blurb for this new series at Silver Publishing, I was quite intrigued. I haven't seen any druid series like this before and the author seemed to have given a breath of fresh air to this genre.

Druids Dawning is an interesting story filled with magic, desires, mystery and of course, the paranormal. If you are looking for an enjoyable story, then this may fit the bill.

Mitch Walker has just become a new member of The Order. Receiving two very special gifts after being inducted has him confused and stressed, especially as the power of forethought leaves him reeling in visions he can’t figure out. Struggling to figure how to work his gifts, he also finds himself desiring his co-worker, Jill. With the confused feelings and the visions, Mitch is slowly feeling like he is going nuts until he has a vision that leaves him scared and afraid. A serial killer is on the loose and dark magic is at the core of the kills. Can Mitch and his fellow Druids find a way to stop this madman before the dark ritual is complete with one last murder?

Druids Dawning is a sexy, edge of the seat ride from start to finish. I never knew where this author will take me when I was flipping the pages and it was the biggest thrill, in my opinion.  The characters were complex and life-like that added to my enjoyment and overall,the story flowed smoothly.

Lark LaTroy delivers a solid introduction to the NeoDruids and I am eager to see what happens next for The Order and Mitch.Lark LaTroy is now on my to be read list and I am eager to see what the next adventure is for Mitch, Jill and the Druids.
