Important Announcement from LR Cafe's Owner-Dawn Roberto

It has come to  my attention that apparently one of the pirate sites followed the Cafe's best of awards and is using the awards to compile a favorite GLBT books "anthology" that it is giving away to download. 

I want to stress that NONE of the books they pirated are from me nor did I give away any of the e-books but they are using our info to find out what the most popular books in that genre are and are using that to list as a basis to give away free copies to every tom, dick and harry in the world.

I, nor does the Love Romances Cafe & Love Romances Reviews, tolerate the theft of someone's books for this type of thing. Due to this possible issue, I am SUSPENDING the "Best of.." Awards until further notice.

I am deeply upset that the "Best of" awards are being used in this manner. This was not my intention when I first introduced the "Best of" awards in the LRC Loop. I wanted to celebrate some of todays best authors and books but to hear that someone is using this to pirate books is hurtful to me, to the readers and to the authors themselves.

If I find out you are a pirate site and are here on MY loop, I am banning you, reporting you for theft and anything else I can think of. I will NOT tolerate someone using my hard work in compiling the "Best of" awards for your personal gain. You  have some balls in stealing from me, from the authors that come to MY loop for fun, promotion and other fun events. I don't have the words to tell you how upset I am over this possibly issue.

I apologize to the authors especially over this issue. I can't stop the pirates on my own but I can try to make it harder for them to glean information.
